From Reese (West):

Take M-81 East to Caro.  Turn left at the 4th stop light (Cleaver Road/M-24).  The Human Services Complex is approximately ½ mile on Cleaver Road, on the left side of the road.  It is immediately past the Tuscola County Medical Care Facility.  There are three buildings in the Complex, the first is Family Independence Agency, the second is the Health Department, and the third smaller building is the 911 Emergency Office.

From Cass City (East):

Take M-81 West to Caro.  Turn right at the 1st stop light (Cleaver Road/M-24).  The Human Services Complex is approximately ½ mile on Cleaver Road, on the left side of the road.  It is immediately past the Tuscola County Medical Care Facility.  There are three buildings in the Complex, the first is Family Independence Agency, the second is the Health Department, and the third smaller building is the 911 Emergency Office.

From Mayville (South):

Take M-24 North to Caro.  After you pass State Street (M-81) intersection, the Human Services Complex is approximately ½ mile on Cleaver Road/M-24, on the left side of the road.  It is immediately past the Tuscola County Medical Care Facility.  There are three buildings in the Complex, the first is Family Independence Agency, the second is the Health Department, and the third smaller building is the 911 Emergency Office.

From Unionville (North):

Take M-24 South to Caro.  The Human Services Complex is on Cleaver Road/M-24, approximately ½ mile before the State Street/M-81 intersection, on the right side of the road.  It is immediately past the Highland Pines School.  There are three buildings in the Complex, the first is Family Independence Agency, the second is the Health Department, and the third smaller building is the 911 Emergency Office.
